More info needed: Are your hands also red? Any fever? Any swelling in the hand/knuckle joints? If it does not go away on its own, should be evaluated by a doctor.

See your doctor: This is not normal and without more info not much can be said in this forum. I will say a proper evaluation by your doctor and or a referral to a specialist would be warranted.
