Palm Lumps may: Be dupuytren's disease. A common genetic disorder that can present in a variety of ways. Swollen finger knucles can be a part of this known as garrod's knuckles. Other cause of swollen painful knuckles and fingers are gouty arthritis, inflamm arthritides, psoriatic arthritis and lyme first line treatment for swelling is rest ice and otc meds but if getting worse fast get to a doc to r/o infection.

See details: This is an inflammatory arthritis, not contractures or knuckle pads. See a rheumatologist. Get this issue evaluated and treated. Gout involving multiple finger joints is less likely.
