About 5 yrs ago i was bent over in a trunk of a car and when i leaned up something in my lower back went out it still hurts what could it be?

Many things.: Trauma like that is too vague, and your current pain may not even be related! you need an evaluation by your doctor, which should included a though exam of your back, a regularx-ray, and a basic test for inflammation (crp). To many causes for backache of back pain!
