Worsening: Shows you are male--can cause worsening urethritis (=pain), spread to other structures (prostate/epididymus/bladder) w/more pain. If female--can spread w/worsening pelvic infection & possible impact on future fertility. You did the crime, now do the time (it should only be 10-14 days) on abx.
