If your respiratory : Status has worsened, you should immediately contact your doctor. It is possible your clinical status has deteriorated.

Need to f/u with Doc: It should be getting better not worse, you might need a cxr/pulse ox and more intensive treatment to include possible admission and IV therapy. If you called my office with above complaints i would want to see you that day for re-evaluation.
