Need more info: Little energy may be related to a number of things. More info is needed to narrow it down from as you said angina vs worsening anemia vs hypothyroidism vs depression...etc. The medication you are taking shouldn't really make you feel tired.

Fatigue: Could be bue to deconditioning, poorly controlled DM or tightly controlled DM with frequent hypoglycemia or CHF stage 3 or 4 or thyroid disorders or anemia
