Yes: Neurontin (gabapentin) can be helpful for a pinched nerve. You might need an MRI or emg.

Yes: Neurontin (gabapentin) can certainly help with nerve pain. Other alternatives include methylcobalamin (vit b12), n acetyl cysteine and acetyl l carnitine. An evaluation by a hand surgeon would be best to determine if any other issues are causing your discomfort.
