PCOS: Pcos means that you don't normally ovulate. If your treatment is giving you regular periods and you are ovulating, then preg is possible. See your doctor.

Maybe.: It is difficult to say since i don't know what treatment you started or more about your medical history, but a good rule is that if you have periods and are sexually active you can get pregnant. If you think you might be pregnant, check a home pregnancy test. Also, keep in mind that nipple tenderness may be due to something other than pregnancy, and it can't hurt to mention this to your doctor.
