My 3 year old was prescribed bromfed (brompheniramine) dm. 5ml every 4 hours. i just looked it up online and that is twice a normal dose. she already had it before bed?

May make her sleepy: I find little benefit of these medications at any dose. That said, it is a bit high. I would just let her sleep tonight and only give the 2.5 ml for any other doses you use later on.It should not do any harm.
