Yes: Your ankle ligaments can be repaired. It's called a lateral ankle stabilization procedure. There may be other procedures done in conjunction with the ligament repair. See your physician for diagnosis, examination and treatment.

Surgery: Your surgeon will try to repair tendons/ligaments; in some instances if tendons are damaged beyond repair they can be reinforced with another tendon or replaced with a fresh cadaver frozen tendon.
