In er. swab test/blood work. diangosis strep b on calf. prescription 875 mg amoxicillin bid. how long before i feel relief & when will sores heal & stop seeping yellow

May not be strep : While er showed strep, it may also be MRSA which doesn't respond to augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate). I would add either minocycline, doxycycline, or Bactrim to cover MRSA and if there is a boil(abscess) it must be drained too.
