Don't know: What is hydrogen palmoate? I know that Anafranil is a tricyclic antidepressant ( brand name for clomipramine). I am sorry. Thanks.

Hydroxyzine pamoate?: My guess is you mean "hydroxyzine" rather than "hydrogen" pamoate? If not, i apologize. However, these two can both be sedating, which would be additive if taking both. Caution advised.

"Using clomipramine together with hydroxyzine may increase side effects such as drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, heat intolerance, flushing, decreased sweating, difficulty urinating, abdominal cramping, constipation, irregular heartbeat, confusion, and memory problems."
