Ticking pains on my big toe, gets severe whenever i bath. the dr. in nigeria prescribed pregabalin capsules 75mg but pain persist. i did google search saw use of hot/warm water which has reduced ticking pain. how long do i use hot water therapy?

This symptom needs an good exam. I dont think the capsules will help without knowing the reason. So pl see good doc.
