Yes: Even though it's behind your knee, baker's cysts can cause pain down to the foot and above the knee at times. However, if the pain persists don't assume it's related to the baker's cyst and get it checked out.

Do I stop running until my baker's cyst is gone, or can I start running now that it's down to ping pong ball size?
