Yes you can. : You are young for chd. This means that you must focus on preventing progression or complications. Aspirin at 81 mg per day is the usual dose recommended. Avoid other medications such as ibuprofen, naproxen...These may increase risk of ulcers. Excessive or daily alcohol will increase risk of ulcers. Discuss with your doctor any unusual and prolonged stomach symptoms.

Unlikely : Aspirin is thought to be beneficial for some types of chd. This dose is very small and very unlikely to irritate your stomach. A ppi ( proton pump inhibitor) is a medicine that can be taken if your stomach is irritated. There are formulations available over the counter.

Ecotrin: This product is coated so it can pass through the stomach with no potential to hang around &irritate the tissue by direct effect. At this dose it should not have a significant inf=direct effect. You can find this online or at most big store pharmacies over the counter.
