Unlikely : Aspirin is thought to be beneficial for some types of chd. This dose is very small and very unlikely to irritate your stomach. A ppi ( proton pump inhibitor) is a medicine that can be taken if your stomach is irritated. There are formulations available over the counter.

Ecotrin: This product is coated so it can pass through the stomach with no potential to hang around &irritate the tissue by direct effect. At this dose it should not have a significant inf=direct effect. You can find this online or at most big store pharmacies over the counter.
