All Different Issues: Vit e, in double-blind placebo controlled prospective human trials has shown no benefit for cv ds & ≥400 iu/day worse outcomes. Omega 3, primarily purified & concentrated epa (mercury removed) has shown benefit, ~13% av. ↓ all cause mortality rates. Hdl critically important for removing fat from wbcs in walls of arteries, helping reduce/reverse atherosclerosis, optimal hdl-p >40 µmol/l, large >10.
