Watch carbs: Simple sugars and processed carbs should be avoided or limited. This includes any flour product. The fine grind makes absorption quick, and spikes your blood sugar which increases Insulin and promotes weight gain and triglycerides. Good fats such as olive oil and coconut oil are fine in sensible amounts. Eat a rainbow of organic vegetables and 3-4 oz protein with each meal 5 hours apart.

You're doing fine: From time to time, expert panels look at the question, "what should a person do if the LDL & HDL are fine and the triglycerides are up?" i've been watching this discussion for decades and am totally underwhelmed, as are some of the panels themselves. In your situation, i'd simply stop worrying. Eat sensibly, stay fit, and focus on you the person rather than the numbers. Just my two cents.
