Which lip?: Which lip? Mouth (oral) lip dryness due to winter conditions, and windy conditions. Resolves with moisturizers on lips such as vaseline.

Cheilosis: This sounds like cheilosis - a dryness and cracking of the lips especially at the angles of the mouth. Riboflavin or vitamin b2 deficiency is a known causes of this symptom. Riboflavin is found in milk sources but is easily degraded when exposed to light as in transparent milk bottles. When b2 deficiency is found, other deficiencies are also seen such as b1 or iron. Make sure you get checked.
