I am taking high bp tablet exforge hct (amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide and valsartan) 10mg/160mg/12.5mg so now my bp is ok 135/86 but my heart pulse 111:is it ok.

HTN: No need to panic but your resting heart rate should be lower. Please see your dr. A beta blocker added to Exforge (amlodipine and valsartan) may be a good idea along with confirming the validity of the device you are using to check your own pulse.
