Multitude of things: Let me count the ways/things...Chemicals, bacteria, viruses, particulate matter, heat, cold, vapors, etc... If it is bothering you to the point of worry and consternation, i would suggest that a visit to you family doc is in order....For a good history and physical evaluation...For labs, treatment and/or referral..Don't panic...It's probably something simple and treatable..
