Consider lymphedema: Lymphedema is a condition which causes swelling in the e legs in young people and should be explored. I suggest you see a vascular doctor for further investigation.

Edema. Foot swell. : For you to have 10 years of swollen feet as a teen could be caused by a number of problems. First go see the podiatrist to get foot x-rays. See your family doctor to have a blood test to rule out gout, diabetes or arthritis. If there's numbness see a neurologist. If there's cramping see a vascular doctor or cardiologist. Repetitive trauma and the wrong kinds of shoes also cause swelling in joints.
