I had a laproscopic myomectomy 2 days ago. it had become hard to clear my throat. thick mucus is present, but no cough. no fever. should i worry?

You had surgery: I assume you were intubated for general anesthesia for a major surgery. Usually the anesthesiologist discusses these type of postop expectations before surgery.

Check with your doc: This may be from your sinuses or your lung. It may also be after intubation. Can usually be treated with local steroids (inhaled or nasal). Better check with your doc.
