Wait till the 2nd: Trimester.Make sure it's done in a well-ventilated area & that your hair is rinsed thoroughly after application of the most natural dyes possible. Highlighting has less risk for absorption through the skin than overall dyeing, but not through inhalation of peroxide or dyes. Wear gloves if you touch the chemicals yourself.
