No: Autism is a disorder with a very complex etiology (cause) that involves possible defects within some, all, or none of many different identified chromosomes interacting with the environment in unknown ways to produce the disorder. We still don't know how it even arises, much less have an in-utero test available. Hopefully someday the answer to this question will change to yes.
