Yes, can be seen: If it is a cyst very unlikely that it is cancerous but you should see your family doctor or internist to have a physician confirm the diagnosis.

Doubtful: Most likely, the visible cyst is evidence of a sebaceous cyst. A cyst of the oil glands of the skin. Without formal review, options can not be discussed. Consider review by a general surgeon.

See your doc: Most likely it is a cyst or a benign fatty tumor called a lipoma. Cancer would not be the first thing that i would think of. You should see your friendly primary care physician and let them know about your concerns.
