Anusol may help: It sounds like you are dealing with hemorrhoids or possibly a rectal fissure. The former is something like a varicose vein that bulges in the rectum; the latter is a crack in the lining of the rectum. Anusol suppositories used regularly (2-4 times a day) will soothe the area and might promote faster healing. If the blood persists, see your doctor.
