Pregnant?: The most common reason for missed menses on one who is ovulatory is pregnancy. Take a home pregnancy test. Most home urinary pregnancy tests can pick up most pregnancies at time of missed menses. If not pregnant, then it's possible that ovulation did not occur. Reasonable to seek gyn consultation to evaluate one's ovulatory status and if so, start an evaluation. Keep menstrual diary if necessary.
