LAD: A robotic left internal mammary artery graft to the LAD has become a standard therapy in institutions with familiarity with the method. There is a significant learning curve for the operator, but once that curve is climbed, the method is an excellent one. The robotic lima to LAD may be combined with stenting of the other vessels as needed.
