Result of angiography: three vessel coronary artery desease. preserved lv systolic function.what is best for meangioplasty or bypass operation?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: If you're diabetic, CABG has better outcomes. If your LEFT MAIN coronary artery has >50% blockage, CABG has better outcomes. Aside from those 2 points, it depends on the skill of the team you have. If they do a lot of angioplasty, that would be preferred. If they don't but their surgical team is first rate, then that would be preferred.
