I've been having stomach pains in my upper stomach whenever i take a deep breath and it's tender if i push on it, headaches, and a swollen face?

See your physician: I do not have a ready explanation. In the upper abdomen we think about the stomach and peptic ulcers as well as esophagus and or pancreas. The deep breath component may also suggest a pulmonary or lung problem. I would see a physician for a more thorough history and physical with possible diagnostic testing or imaging.
