Cilantro: Talk with your own obstetrician about this first. However, if you only eat cilantro in some foods -- and not in huge proportions like consuming an entire plant -- you're probably fine. Taking cilantro in supplement form involves a much more concentrated dose, and there's not enough research using it in pregnancy to know about safety. So, i'd avoid the supplement form while pregnant.

Small amounts of : Cilantro is not a problem. In fact i don't think large amounts are lest there would be demand by those seeking it for pregnancy termination. I have never seen nor heard of this practice.
