Keratolysis: Keratolysis is is a non-cancerous skin condition characterized by exfoliation or peeling of patches of skin. It can be due to an infection. You should see a dermatologist to get treatment for the underlying cause of the peeling skin.

No : Pealing of superficial layer of skin is called keratolysis which is not a cancer, how ever cancer patients may manifest , after chemotherapy etc. Usually skin peals off in the hands and feet.
