No: Lupus is an autoimmune disease. It is also a serious medical condition, but not cancer.

Not really but...: Significant immune disease such as lupus, sjogren's, and rheumatoid arthritis are associated with an increased frequency of non-hodgkin's lymphomas. Cause and effect...Not sure, but many think a weakened immune system may be the cause, particularly lymphomas!
