Anxiety meds.: Depends on the medicine, but, no. Anti-anxiety medicines help ease your symptoms, not take away all your feelings. Best to combine meds. With cognitive behavior therapy.

Hmmm: No... Is that what you hope for or are afraid of? Some anxiolytics will reduce your anxiety and over-reactivity. Some ssri's are used for this purpose as well. Sometimes there is a flattening of feelings with ssri's, but not a loss of feelings. For example, one of my patients found it hard to cry at a funeral, which was unexpected for her.
