Pore extractors, : Mild gentle exfoliating or even 'microdermabrasion' scrubs that are sold over the counter (no. 7 - at target stores, makes one) can help. You can also buy a little device called a pore extractor - that you can use to gently push out the blackheads and whiteheads without damaging the skin or causing bruising. Professional facials do this too - but they are expensive.
