See a dermatologist: NO homemade facial will help you. Prescription meds and mechanical extraction of them will help. Tretinoin and adapalene gels are very useful for this. Blackheads are NOT DIRT. They are comedones--large, blocked oil glands--open to air. They are oxidized by exposure to air. The oxidized sebum is dark.
