See your doctor : Stress management is key here. Liver pain is not a good sign if you've been excessively drinking. So you must find another way with to manage this with your doctor helping you to reduce your anxiety, and bring better balance into your life. If the pain is over-the-top, you'll have to go to the er, and disclosed your alcohol history. Also if you stop alcohol abruptly, you might be going into delirium tremens, which needs to be treated medically. You didn't say how much you drank before three weeks ago. So don't delay.

See doctor now: You need medial attention now, you could also have pancreatitis or and ulcer that could bleed or perforate. You also need help getting off the alcohol as going cold turkey could result in the dt's. You need counseling to deal with the stress in a constructive way. Go to er where you can get immediate help.
