What can i do to clear up my eczema fast?

See a dermatologist: The key word is "fast." it will probably require oral or topical steroids for rapid improvement. To prevent future flares, avoid long, hot showers, excessive soap use, and fragranced products. Moisturizing creams several times daily also usually helps.
