Bad breath: Make sure you brush thoroughly after every meal. Floss "every day." brush your tongue. It contains bacteria that produce foul smelling sulfer compounds. Check with your dentist to make sure you do not have any mouth infections. Bad breath is also caused by smoking and eating certain foods like garlic. It can also be caused by gastric reflux and sinus infections. Check with your physician.

Bacteria on tongue: Sometimes just good brushing & flossing is just not enough. Even brushing your tongue is not as effective as using a tongue rake.Tongue scraping involves using a long, thin, flat piece of metal, which is bent in the shape of a ‘u’, to scrape the surface of your tongue. It doesn’t hurt at all. You scrape firmly, but gently by dragging the scraper from the back of your tongue to the front.
