Hard to do.: Bad breath is usually caused by bacteria growing in the mouth. They usually are located in between the teeth and you need that cleaned out professionally. They also live on the tongue and back of throat. Try getting a tongue scraper, flossing, and gargling with 50% water and 50% hydrogen peroxide once per day. That may help some. A dental cleaning could be your best bet.
