Yes: If you have been relying on topical therapy you may want to use an imidazole antifungal (like fluconazole) and continue it through one full menstrual period. At the same time have your secual partner (if male) use an antifungal cream on the skin of his penis for the same time period. He may not have symptomatic disease but may be colonized and reinfecting you.
