Yeast: Some women place yogurt in the vagina to tx yeast infections (but there is no clear research to back claims of its benefits). The average yogurt you buy in the grocery store has dead cultures. Consider eating yogurt with live cultures or kefir. There is a prebiotic product called luvena (vaginal wipes). The wipes are not a treatment for candidiasis but do help vaginitis.
