Not clear: Some antidepressants r more activating and can trigger anxiety/mania, others have more of an anxiolytic effect. Same antidepressant at different doses can act differently. If a doc is treating u n u r exeriencing negative effects talk to ur doc. Alternative 2 meds: cognitive behavioral therapy is effective. http://cpancf.com/anxietydisordersbasics.asp there is help.
