Yes: First, be sure you are minimally physically active every day. Then, look up "mindfulness-based stress reduction". Try to do at least five minutes twice a day. Then, if you still have symptoms, find a "cognitive behavioral therapist" to help you get to the bottom of things. Each of these actions have been proven to help anxiety.
