Burn calories: The best exercises for losing weight are those that burn calories, usually ""cardio" such as running, swimming, hiking, rowing, elliptical and stair-step machines, etc. You will "look anorexic" if underweight, and this is a matter of calories eaten vs calories burned. If your weight is already "at a good place", then why try to lose more?
