Abdominal pain: Many possible etiologies i would recommend a GI evaluation and or seeing a colorectal or general surgeon to run the appropriate diagnostic tests and place him on the correct medical regimen could be as simple as fixing the constipation that is causing hemorrhoid bleeding.
