Clinical indication: If your clinical indication for gh replacemt is no longer valid or is valid but on supra physiological dosing, you may the potential develop side effects (such ad headaches, fluid retension, elevated glucose level). I urge you talk with the physician who prescribed it for you. Good luck.

Can h.G.H (human growth hormone) have any side effects?

Many side effects: The reason hgh is regulated and only used for gh deficiency is because there is a temptation to give it for cosmetic reasons, and it can be dangerous. Google "acromegaly" to see effects of gh excess. Also, you don't always want "growth". Colon polyps, possibly other tumors, and the build up of coronary placque are among the growth effects you don't want.
Whatever you're in to, you don't need it!

I was wondering what are the negative effects of human growth hormone?

GH side effects: Human gh must be injected, and is intended for gh deficiency (eg pituitary tumor), children with short stature, and HIV muscle wasting. Gh levels naturally get low with middle age. Will gh make adults feel “younger”? Generally no. Gh may increase muscle but does not increase strength. Side effects include carpel tunnel syndrome, arthritis, gynecomastia, and can cause/worsen diabetes.
