Many possibilities: So many possible causes are here, and each depends on how long you've had it, whether you have fever, belly cramps, mucus, blood, etc. Sometimes there can be foods you're eating that do this also. Please see your own physician to begin a workup of this problem -- it sounds unpleasant for you, and it's surely not normal.

It is not normal: It is not normal and you should consult your family doctor or a gastroenterologist.We need more history as to how long you have had loose stools, if there is any blood or mucous, is it related to your diet especially dairy product and if you are taking any meds or supplements it may be lactose intolerance, related to meds or supplements, celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease you need to be checked.
