It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. The two issues may be unrelated. For diarrhea you may try PeptoBismol or Imodium, if that does not help it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Went to the gyno for uti. Was given nitrofurantoin 100mgs for 7 days. Woke up with severe migraine, nausea and my right eye was blurry. Watery diarrhea. Only completed first day of treatment. Can't speak to my doctor until Monday. Should I stop?
