Hypertension: If you have high blood pressure/hypertension it does not go away. If you are on medication for hypertension that is very good. If you are not on medication and your blood pressure is now low, please check your pressure monitor/cuff. Your BP equipment might be defective. I recommend you get checked out by your primary doc. Other possibilities are dehydration from the diarrhea.
